REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your new clothing. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by submitting a return or cancellation request through your customer account at https://account.sect10n.store.

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your returned items or proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original purchase.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the items unless otherwise stated. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, or to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised.

## 1. The 14-Day Return Window
You have **14 days** from the date your tracking link shows "delivered" to request a return. Any return requests made after this 14-day window will unfortunately not be accepted.

## 2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, your apparel must meet the following strict criteria:
* **Condition:** Items must be completely unworn, unwashed, and free from any scents, stains, makeup, or pet hair.
* **Packaging:** Items must be returned in their original packaging with all original tags and labels securely attached.
* **Hygiene Seals:** For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and bodysuits cannot be returned if the protective hygiene strip or seal has been broken or removed.

## 3. Return Shipping Costs
* **Change of Mind or Sizing Issues:** The customer is responsible for booking and paying for their own return shipping trackable service. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 
* **International Customers (USA, Canada, Australia, France, Ireland):** Please note that international return shipping to our UK hub can be costly. We highly recommend checking our size guides carefully before purchasing to avoid return shipping fees.

## 4. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we will fix it immediately:
1. Email our support team at contact@sect10n.store within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number and attach clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item.
3. Once verified, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

## 5. How to Start a Return
Please do not send items back to the return address on your shipping label without contacting us first. To start a return, please contact our support team at contact@sect10n.store.
